Puppetry is used in many festivals and cultures to explore imaginary creatures and stories. Students will create and produce a performance using puppets designed and constructed during this class.

‚ÄčSUMMER ART CAMP 2018

Students will work with various materials to introduce indoor and outdoor spaces while creating 3-D sculptures. Concepts of scale and large group installations will be explored. Using an outdoor space, a large group installation will be completed and presented for the group's final project.

Ages 7-11

Get ready for the Circle's Dragon Boat Festival with this exciting and fun-filled camp! We will look deep into the traditions of Chinese decorated Dragon Boats and then come up with our own unique and colorful designs!

Explore a variety of 2D and 3D art techniques during our kids' portraiture camp! Study famous portraits from throughout history and recreate them with modern day materials and methods. Paper mache, pastel and paints all await your creative hands!

As summer winds down and we start to enjoy the fruits of our summer labor, come and see the many ways to get creative with nature's foods and florals. We will focus on printmaking, sketching, charcoals and more during this hands-on explorative class.
