Art and History in Charlevoix, Michigan

The Holiday Fest will begin at the Circle of Arts from 5-7 pm, where on display will be the Circle Market full of hand crafted gifts for holiday shoppers. On hand will be artisan demonstration showing various techniques, so patrons can see the craftsmanship that goes into the work on display. There will be a gift-wrapping station and music will be performed by the Dorothy Gerber Strings Program quartet comprised of the Gerber teaching staff.

The Charlevoix Historical Society will be open with refreshments, exhibits, a holiday sale of merchandise featuring Irene Harsha-Young maps of Little Traverse, Grand Traverse and Mackinac Island and copies of their newest book, Charlevoix the Beautiful: City on Three Lakes will also be available.

End the evening at the library with hot chocolate and the Jazz @ the library Holiday Concert at 7 pm. View the Photography Exhibit with Art by LuAnn Griffin. Horse-drawn wagon rides will be available throughout the evening transporting people from venue to venue.
